We’re staggering entry times, to make sure you’re not overwhelmed. You can only gain access to the show site via the land based exhibitor area 60 mins before your first appointment. But, you are welcome to stay for an hour after you’ve finished your initial appointment.

Test and Trace
We’ll send you an email a few days before the show for you to complete your test and trace details in advance. It’s a straightforward process which we’re asking visitors to complete before they arrive to help with the flow of people around the site.
If you are unable to complete the details in advance, you can access our test and trace system when you arrive, by simply pointing your phone camera at the QR codes positioned around the site.
You’ll be asked to confirm that you’ve completed test and trace when you show your confirmation email of your first appointment booking.
Time limits may apply
Because of our unique booking system, we will be able to monitor the number of people arriving at any given time. If we expect a pinch point, we may restrict your time on the pontoons to two hours. We know that you’ll respect our team’s instructions and that you understand the need for this. Similarly, if our team feel that a particular area is becoming too busy, they will direct traffic flow in another direction. Please be patient and adhere to instructions.
Precautions on entry
Please do not arrive earlier than 60 mins before as you’ll be turned away from our secure entry area, where we will be making sure that we’ve got all the details we need under government requirements for test and trace reasons.
All the boats you’ll visit have their own safety precautions in place, and they may vary. All attendees will need to bring a face mask and wear it while at the boat show. You’re also advised, like everywhere else, to carry your own hand sanitiser and use it before getting onboard and when leaving.
If you find you cannot make your allocated time, please cancel or reschedule your booking via the VIEW BOOKING button in your confirmation email. This means we will be able to allow other visitors onto the site.
Cancelling the show
In the unlikely event that the show can’t proceed, we will contact you via email and let you know.
