Northney Marina is situated on the north shore of Hayling Island within Chichester Harbour, one of the largest natural harbours in Europe.
The facilities at this 228-berth marina include a sunny outside terrace and a modern facilities building that has plentiful showers, toilets, disabled facilities and a laundrette, along with an office and reception.
Diesel is also available and online bookings can be made via MyMDL for Northney Marina and any of our fuel stations in the UK.
Northney Marina offers excellent boatyard facilities for boat repairs or maintenance work. There is storage ashore for over 200 boats as well as a 35-ton boat hoist and crane for mast stepping. There is also a modernised slipway for berth holders at the marina with an access pontoon, giving easy access to the water for trailer sailors – with ample space for car parking and trailer storage. Yacht brokers and marine-related trades are available on site, and diesel is available at cost.
The Green Blue has developed an online map to show which marinas, boatyards and harbours provide environmental facilities such as pump out, black water/Elsan disposal, recycling, freshwater refill points, hazardous waste disposal and filtered/bunded boat washdown. Click here for the location map.
There are also secure and convenient storage facilities onsite. So if you need to stow boating gear, or you have business or household goods to store, click here to find out more or call 023 9246 6321.
The harbour's sheltered waters provide safe cruising, with plenty of anchorages to explore within the area, such as Itchenor with its quaint pubs or Bosham village.
Our Sparkes, Hamble and Solent marinas are all within easy reach. If you’re an annual berth holder in our Freedom Berthing scheme, short stays at these other marinas are free. On a cruise to the West Country, you can use reciprocal berthing arrangements at our marinas in Plymouth and Torbay.
Further afield, sail west to historic Portsmouth, explore the coastline around the Isle of Wight or go racing in the Solent. And, for a challenge, you can visit the Channel Islands, Holland and Belgium.
To reward our loyal berth holders and visitors in the UK, we’ve introduced Otium Rewards. Our loyalty scheme is your fast-track to exclusive loyalty points and rewards. It’s free to join and every point you earn gives you £1 that can be spent on any of our services, as well as specially selected partners.
