Alex Warner

Marina Manager

Alex has carried out a variety of roles since commencing employment in 2015. This has enabled him to learn many aspects of the marine industry, gaining hands on experience and knowledge as well as accredited qualifications. With 15 years entrepreneurial experience, business accruement comes naturally with his creative ability to drive business forward, leading from the front, often found in the yard lifting boats and helping customers during their stay ashore.

Robert Perry

Marina Supervisor

Bob joined MDL as a Yard Hand before moving to Brixham as the Marina Supervisor. He then returned to Queen Anne's Battery in 2008 as their Marina Supervisor, and has remained ever since.

Alan Lidiard

Marina Operative

Alan is a very experienced member of the dockside staff. Leaving us for a short spell in 2008 and reappearing in 2010 , he is distinguished by the fact that he will be the first in shorts not long after the snow has thawed. Always with a smile on his face he goes about his daily duties with a spring in his step.

Darren Blower

Marina Operative

Darren has worked for MDL Marinas since 2001, starting as the office junior and working his way up to Marina Operative.

Frederique Kitt-Drouffe

Assistant Administrator

Freddie has been Queen Anne's Battery's Assistant Administrator since 2016 and particularly loves welcoming French visitors to the marina!

Olwen Porter

Administrator

Known affectionately as Olly to those who have got to know her over the years, being at Queen Anne's Battery since 1999. She has worked her way up to a position of Administrator which is a key and vital role being very knowledgeable in the position. Supporting not only her fellow team mates but also taking on the many questions that come from berth holders over the course of a year. Always polite and very knowledgeable in what she says and does.
