The Cat House is an exceptional Grade II listed building and a fine example of a Georgian house in the gothic revival style. The building has wonderful period features throughout including an embattled north gable and gothic arch windows. It is a luxury 7 berth, 4 bedroom property comprising of 3 doubles and 1 single bed. The Cat House also features delightful wraparound gardens, including a terrace and lawns that are ideal as a sun trap. Guest Information

  • There is a ‘Guest Information folder’ within my lodge which I will read, paying particular attention to the fire assembly points and emergency contact numbers.
  • Reception is open 24/7 and can be contacted on 01473 780206.
  • I will vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with Reception.
  • A £100 security deposit will be taken as a ‘Pre-Authorisation’ upon arrival to secure against any incidental damages. This will be released 10-14 days after my check in.
  • There is a security barrier at the entrance to the site which is lowered at 10pm and raised at 6am. To enter the site between these times, press the button on the side of the box. To depart, drive up to the barrier, stop and wait for the barrier to rise.
