Summer Offers - General Terms

Offers are only available at participating marinas during the specified promotional period and must be used before the stated end date.
All prices include VAT. Full payment is required in advance.
Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts.
All offers and services are subject to availability.
MDL reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
All vessels and owners must comply with the Marina Regulations and Code of Conduct of the respective marina.
Boats are subject to measurement and prices are based on length overall (LOA), including davits, bowsprits, dinghies, and similar extensions.
Normal vessel size restrictions apply at participating marinas.
Otium points may be redeemed against these discounted offers but will not be earned on them.

Summer Berthing

With the exception of Brixham Marina and Torquay Marina, one car parking permit will be issued for the marina where the vessel is berthed during the offer period.
Electricity is not included. A metered lead must be purchased or prepaid through Meter MACS (where fitted) if electricity is required.
No pro-rata refunds will be issued. If the contract is cancelled partway through, standard monthly or overnight tariffs will apply.
Additional months beyond the offer period will be charged at the marina’s standard tariff.

Summer Scrubs

Lift dates and times are at the discretion of the individual marina.
Heavily fouled boats may incur additional charges.
Any additional services will be subject to separate charges.
The marina is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather.
If a vessel is not ready for relaunch by the agreed date:
- The discount will be voided and recharged.
- Storage ashore fees may apply.
- Yard moves will be charged at the full tariff rate to free up space in the package area. Each required move will be charged until relaunch.
Head sails and any high windage items must be removed before lift.
All lift bookings are subject to the Standard Safety First Rules, Lifting Terms, and MDL Boatyard Policy.
