Brixham Marina nominated for Marina of the Year at the 2026 British Yachting Awards

We are delighted to announce that Brixham Marina has been nominated for the prestigious Marina of the Year award at the British Yachting Awards 2026.

Located within Brixham's historic fishing harbour on the South Devon coast, the marina has established itself as a welcoming and popular boating destination. Combining modern facilities, a dedicated team and a strong sense of community, Brixham Marina offers an ideal base for exploring the English Riviera and wider Southwest cruising grounds.

The British Yachting Awards are voted for entirely by the public, giving sailors and boating enthusiasts the opportunity to recognise the marinas, boats, brands and people they feel have made a difference to the UK boating community over the past year. Last year's awards attracted more than 12,000 votes.

Brixham Marina's nomination follows previous success for us at the British Yachting Awards, with Ocean Village Marina in Southampton having won Marina of the Year in both 2023 and 2025.

The nomination comes as we continue to invest across our network of marinas, supporting improvements to customer facilities and the overall boating experience. Brixham Marina forms part of our extensive UK marina network, giving berth holders access to a range of cruising destinations and facilities across the South Coast and beyond.

Public voting for the 2026 British Yachting Awards closes on 7 November 2026, with the winners revealed in the January 2027 issue of Sailing Today with Yachts & Yachting, on sale from 27 November 2026.
