Kelly started at Woolverstone in 2011 as an Administrator and has worked her way up to the dizzy heights of marina management. Responsible for the marina and lodge park at Woolverstone, she takes great pride in her site and loves the ever-changing challenges her role brings. Before joining MDL, Kelly ran her own successful mortgage brokerage business and prior to this worked as a furniture buyer for the local authority
Assistant Marina Manager
Shane has worked at Woolverstone since 2002, starting his career operating the water taxi on weekends whilst studying at college, he has carried out varies roles and worked his way up to his current Assistant Manager position. Shane’s vast knowledge and experience means he is able to provide a first-class service to all our customers and has a keen eye for detail. When not at work Shane can be found tinkering with cars or game shooting.
Assistant Manager - Lodge Park
Adam has worked at Woolverstone Marina since 2014. After obtaining a degree in Water Sports Studies and Management at Southampton Solent University, he started his career as a Sailing and Windsurfing instructor. Adam has had various roles over the years, including working in the Chandlery, the Lodge Park and organising the Boatyard. Adam can be found anywhere in the Marina or the Lodge Park as no two days are the same and is always happy to help.
Graham has recently celebrated his 20 years’ service working as a Marina Operative at Woolverstone and is a font of knowledge. He is happy to share his skills and experience with his colleagues and customers alike, providing a very thorough and efficient service to all. Graham is a boatbuilder by trade, but has worked in various industries in the past, including construction and haulage. Graham is a keen sailor and berths his own sailing catamaran at Woolverstone.
James (fondly known as Jim) has been working at Woolverstone Marina since 2014. Marina Operative James enjoys the variety each season brings with autumn/spring boat lifting and the long summer days when the site is filled with berth holders and visitors and is at its busiest. A Day skipper with a modest sailing yacht James has been involved with the “Cruise in Company” events and enjoys meeting and greeting customers.
Keith has been working as a Marina Operative at Woolverstone since 2007. Following a period of absence whilst waiting for a knee replacement, he is keen to resume full duties as his new knee allows. Keith works both day and night shifts and enjoys interacting with customers when out patrolling the pontoons. Before joining the team, Keith was a Solider in the British Army and is now proudly serving customers at Woolverstone.
Tanya started working at Woolverstone in 2017 as an Assistant Administrator before being promoted to Administrator. Following a long a career in gardening whilst raising a family, Tanya lends a hand with the landscaping on site and takes pride in ensuring Woolverstone looks its best. She grew up in the local area which comes in handy for passing on local knowledge. Tanya enjoys taking part in customer events and can always be found with a smile on her face.
Victoria has had a diverse career across the hospitality sector, and enjoys getting to know the customers alongside having a varied role at work. Whilst relatively new to sailing, in her spare time she is working on a big liveaboard project yacht, so is practical and handy if you ever want to chat about boats and DIY.
