Debbie
Marina Manager
Debbie is the manager at Hamble Point and brings an enormous amount of experience to the role having previously managed Mercury Yacht Harbour, Port Hamble, Ocean Village, Northney and Sparkes marinas. Debbie joined MDL in November 1994 and has since qualified as a Certified Marina Manager.

Assistant Manager
Shona joined MDL in May 2019 and is the Assistant Manager at Hamble Point.
Antony
Marina Operative
Antony works in our yard and is highly experienced having joined MDL in May 2003.
Carl
Marina Operative
Carl joined MDL in 2005 and is now an integral part of our boatyard team.
Finn
Dry Stack Operative
Finn joined the Dry Stack Team in March 2022.
Gary
Night Dockmaster
Gary is one of our night dockmasters and has worked for MDL since 2004.
Grant
Marina Operative
Grant is a member of our yard team and joined MDL in the spring of 2001.
Henry
Dry Stack Operative
Henry joined the Dry Stack Team in February 2022. A Hamble local, he has had a passion for sailing and boating both on the river and in the Solent his whole life.
Russell
Yard Foreman
Russell is our yard foreman and is one of our longest serving members of staff as he joined MDL in the autumn of 2000.
