At Chatham we are excited to offer boaters the opportunity of our new High Leisure Moorings. We have a limited number available in the marina, which are already proving a popular choice for owners looking to spend more leisure time on their vessels in our beautiful river location.

As part of the berthing package you will also automatically be enrolled onto our Otium rewards scheme combining a quality berth with bigger rewards to ensure maximum enjoyment of your boat. This enables you to earn points that can be redeemed against any of our services, as well as Otium Partners where you can save on and enjoy spa treatments, meals out, boat charter experiences, essential boat maintenance work and a lot more.

These moorings are available for boats between 12 and 24 metres LOA.

*Proof of a residential address must be provided by means of a current council tax, gas, water or electricity bill before agreeing a contract plus an up-to-date photograph of the vessel.

Vessel Requirements and Documentation:

• Clear and proven ability to navigate under its own power with a clear line of sight
• Functioning propulsion system (outboard, inboard, or both)
• Photographic evidence of the vessel prior to contract agreement
• Vessel dimensions compatible with current berth configuration
• Comprehensive insurance coverage including third-party liability
• Professional exterior finish and maintenance standards
• Compliance with marina's maximum length and beam restrictions
• Operational ability to use a pump out system and leave the marina within the current terms
