The Royal Oak pub overlooks Langstone Harbour, a wildlife sanctuary of outstanding beauty. The national conservation area hosts a myriad of birds and wildlife, with seals sometimes being spotted swimming in the harbour. It is one of the most photographed pubs in England, situated next to Langstone Mill.

Within our 18th Century listed cottages overlooking the River Hamble, we have created 11 new bedrooms and a master suite with 21st century technology and elegance whilst retaining the classic charm of the original Club House.
