Winter Offers - General Terms

Offers are only available at participating marinas during the specified promotional period and must be used before the stated end date.
All prices include VAT. Full payment is required in advance.
Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts.
All offers and services are subject to availability.
MDL reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
All vessels and owners must comply with the Marina Regulations and Code of Conduct of the respective marina.
Boats are subject to measurement and prices are based on length overall (LOA), including davits, bowsprits, dinghies, and similar extensions.
Normal vessel size restrictions apply at participating marinas.
Otium points may be redeemed against these discounted offers but will not be earned on them.

Winter Berthing Offers

One car parking permit will be issued for the marina where the vessel is berthed during the offer period.
Electricity is not included. A metered lead must be purchased if electricity is required. Usage is charged at the standard tariff rate.
No pro-rata refunds will be issued. If the contract is cancelled partway through, standard monthly or overnight tariffs will apply.
Additional months beyond the offer period will be charged at the marina’s standard tariff.

Winter Refit & Refresh Berthing Offer

Available at Port Hamble Marina for boats up to 10m.
Includes car parking, use of marina shower facilities, free Wi-Fi, walk-ashore berth with fresh water and access to power.
Electricity is charged based on metered usage or at the overnight visitor rate.
Booking must be made and paid for in advance.
Offer may only be used once per boat in any 3-month period and cannot be used consecutively.

Winter Boatyard Offers

Subject to availability. Maximum boat LOA is listed for each boatyard.
Offer is on lift, pressure wash, 6 weeks storage ashore, and relaunch.
Lift out must take place before the stated date for that boatyard to benefit from their offer.
Launch date is strictly 6 weeks after lifting date.
Payment must be made in advance.
Boats are lifted at Sparkes Marina using their dry stack forklift.
Standard safety-first document rules, lifting terms and MDL boatyard policy apply to all lift bookings.
Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.

Winter Refit & Refresh Offer

Subject to availability. Maximum boat LOA is listed for each boatyard.
Offer is on lift, pressure wash, 2 weeks storage ashore, and relaunch.
For greater flexibility, storage ashore can be extended to 3, 4 or 5 weeks at the applicable discounted rate as part of this package. This applies to all participating boatyards with the exception of Shamrock Quay.
Lift out must take place before the stated date for that boatyard to benefit from their offer.
Launch date is strictly 2 weeks after lifting date.
A maximum of two two-week bookings may be made within a 12-month period, and cannot be taken consecutively.
Payment must be made in advance.
Boats are lifted at Sparkes Marina using their dry stack forklift.
Standard safety-first document rules, lifting terms and MDL boatyard policy apply to all lift bookings.
Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.

Winter Boatyard Offers at Saxon Wharf

Subject to availability at Saxon Wharf for boats up to 24m LOA.
Offer is for a same day lift, pressure wash, hold for up to an hour and relaunch.
Smaller vessels will be lifted with the dry stack fork truck
Additional time being held in the slings will be charged at the tariff rate.
Payment must be made in advance.
Standard safety-first document rules, lifting terms and MDL boatyard policy apply to all lift bookings.
Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.
Not available in conjunction with any other boatyard services e.g. blocking off.

Winter Dry Stack Storage at Saxon Wharf

Minimum duration 1 month.
Maximum duration 3 months.
Only available to boats suitable for lifting with the dry stack forklift and storage on the dry stack.
Includes one lift out, a light pressure wash and placement on the dry stack.
Dry stack slot location at our discretion and may be relocated to alternative slot as required by MDL.
Includes one relaunch at the end of the storage period.
Excludes electricity.
Not available in conjunction with any other offers.

Winter Boatyard Offers at Shamrock Quay

Non-MDL Berth Holders

Subject to availability at Shamrock Quay for boats up to 24m LOA.
Offer is on lift, pressure wash, 8 weeks storage ashore, and relaunch.
Lift out at Shamrock Quay must take place before 31st December 2025 to benefit from their offer.
Launch date is strictly 8 weeks after lifting date.
Payment must be made in advance.
Standard safety-first document rules, lifting terms and MDL boatyard policy apply to all lift bookings.
Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.

MDL Berth Holders

Subject to availability at Shamrock Quay for boats up to 24m LOA.
Offer is on an additional free 8 weeks storage ashore when boat is lifted between 4th and 24th October 2025, or an additional free 4 weeks storage ashore when boat is lifted between 3rd and 21st November 2025.
Launch date is strictly 16 or 12 weeks after lifting date dependent on the month the boat was originally lifted.
Payment must be made in advance.

Not available in conjunction with any other promotions.

Winter Storage Ashore at Penton Hook Marina

To be invoiced monthly with a minimum of three months ashore.
Last boats to be lifted ashore on 1st January 2026.
MDL Berth Holders still receive their complimentary 8 weeks ashore but can extend this at the 40% discounted rate until 31st March 2026 whilst continuing to pay their standard berthing fees.
All craning costs and bookings must be made direct with Penton Craning.
