Please note that no classes will be taking place until week beginning Monday 6th June 2022.

Members of MDL Fitness and those visiting on a day pass can join us on one of our timetabled classes.

Group Cycling (45 minutes):

  • Tuesdays at 7pm
  • Thursdays at 6.30pm
  • Fridays at 6.30pm

Circuit Training (45 minutes):

  • Wednesdays at 1pm
  • Thursdays at 5.30pm
