Marina Manager

Lauren has over 30 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality sector. She began her career at 15 at the five-star Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath, progressing to senior management. She then spent ten years as General Manager of the award-winning Queensberry Hotel and Olive Tree Restaurant. After relocating to the New Forest in 2015, Lauren managed New Park Manor Hotel and Spa, before a spell at Cunard and later joining RSYC. Outside work, she enjoys family life with her two teenagers and two dogs.

Haydn Kitcher

Boatyard Manager

Haydn began his career as a plant engineer in the construction and hire industry, steadily progressing into management, where he spent 22 years gaining extensive knowledge and experience. A lifelong resident of the Waterside, he enjoys exploring the New Forest with his partner and their dog, Max. In his free time, he stays active by training five times a week at his local CrossFit gym and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Ryan is a fully qualified Marine Engineer with three years of experience in the field. Now, eager to expand his expertise and transition into a new field of work, he brings his strong technical background and problem-solving skills to fresh challenges at Saxon Wharf.
