The High Leisure Mooring package offers you a designated, fully facilitated area within Penton Hook Marina in Surrey solely for our high leisure customers. These moorings are available for boats between 8 and 30 metres LOA.
High Leisure Moorings are also now available at our Chatham Maritime Marina in Kent for boats between 12 and 24 metres LOA.

The Marinas
Penton Hook Marina is a scenic 80-acre marina on the peaceful, non-tidal River Thames. Nearby, Staines-upon-Thames offers shops, cafés and historic sites, while Runnymede, where the Magna Carta was signed, and Windsor, home to Windsor Castle, are close by. Chertsey also offers green spaces and historic landmarks like Chertsey Abbey. With excellent road, rail and water links, and easy access to London, Penton Hook is a perfect base for you and your boat.
Chatham Maritime Marina, located on the River Medway in Kent, offers 412 first-class berths at the centre of a major leisure and retail development. It’s close to a factory outlet, cinema, restaurants, bars, and a convenience store, with more facilities planned. The marina is ideal for cruising, with the Medway Estuary offering secluded anchorages and around 13 miles of navigable river from Sheerness to Rochester—more for boats drawing under two metres.
*Proof of a residential address must be provided by means of a current council tax, gas, water or electricity bill before agreeing a contract plus an up-to-date photograph of the vessel.

Vessel Requirements and Documentation:
- Clear and proven ability to navigate under its own power with a clear line of sight
- Functioning propulsion system (outboard, inboard, or both)
- Valid Environment Agency License with current documentation (Penton Hook Marina)
- Photographic evidence of the vessel prior to contract agreement
- Vessel dimensions compatible with current berth configuration
- Valid boat safety certificate (Penton Hook Marina)
- Comprehensive insurance coverage including third-party liability
- Professional exterior finish and maintenance standards
- Compliance with marina's maximum length and beam restrictions
- Operational ability to use a pump out system and leave the marina within the current terms
