With extra points to be had to spend on berthing, fuel or boatyard services, we're proudly doubling reward points for our Otium members (Otium is open to applications from berth holders and visitors who make the most of MDL’s extensive marina network).

Scrub up for winter and earn double points

During October and November, we're doubling our Otium points on all lifting, pressure washing or storage booked at any MDL boatyard. This means that for every £100 spent on boatyard services, members get back £28 of equivalent points to spend elsewhere.

Members who utilise monthly berthing at one of our 15 participating marinas between October and December, will earn 100% bonus Otium points to spend on MDL services.

This means that if someone spends £500 on a monthly berth, they’ll receive £500 worth of points, so they could, for example, enjoy a free month’s berthing in the same location.

This is ideal for anyone wishing to keep their boat safe and secure over the winter months, or for those wanting to carry on cruising from the comfort and convenience of a marina berth, serviced with excellent shoreside facilities.

Additionally, customers looking for an annual berth can also join Otium. Those who book by 30th November 2020, will enjoy this year’s prices. They’ll also receive a 6% reduction for payment in advance and 10% of their berth value in Otium points.

This means a 12-month berth at Ocean Village Marina in the heart of Southampton can be enjoyed for just £482* per month, while the berth holder earns 48 points every month to spend on any of MDL’s services including fuel, boat lifting or overnight stays.

It also means a boat can be stored in the Dry Stack at Hamble Point Marina on the River Hamble and enjoy unlimited launching on demand, seven days a week, for just £477* per month. Plus, the owner will rack-up 46 points every month, with one point equalling one pound to spend on whatever they choose.
