Our study brings together our site appraisal and market study work along with a high-level financial appraisal to determine the overall commercial viability for your project. Our report will give clear guidance on how to make the most of any project.
As part of your site appraisal we consider the likely technical challenges of the project. This overlaps with the market study to consider the appeal of each location to the market. In our feasibility study we take account of as much information on the project as possible and this can extend to commissioning or scoping additional surveys and investigations. We’ll then be able to give you a fully-informed recommendation.
The next stage for us would be to test our options against the fit with the market profile and volume. At this stage we will consider the approximate investment cost, as well as the likely revenue streams and operating costs. At feasibility stage these are considered at a high level but in sufficient detail to allow us to compare one option against another. Our aim is to always find the best solution that meets your objectives, whether this be for maximum return on investment, or to best fit with a particular target sector of the market.
