Windsor Marina Berth Holder News
Over the last 12 months, we’ve been busy keeping the marina looking great and carrying out maintenance work where required. We’ve already started work on our winter maintenance programme, so the marina looks its best for you and your family and friends when the boating season starts again next year.
As you know, this year we installed a brand-new pump-out machine which is a massive improvement to the service being provided to berth holders and passing visitors. Over the next 12 months we’ll be installing two new bicycle parking areas and a new BBQ/picnic area by K and L pontons, providing a second area for our berth holders to enjoy a social gathering with food, drink and a lovely view of the river.
We’ll also be carrying out our usual routine winter maintenance such as pressure washing all the pontoons, replacing deck boards where required and generally brightening everything up, which will also include repainting and freshening the facilities block, and creating new wild flower areas. In addition, we’ll be hosting a number of events at the marina such as regular meet the manager days, a boat jumble and berth holder BBQ at the end of the season.
