River Hamble Webcam

Mercury Yacht Harbour and Holiday Park is set in a sheltered wooded site where the shallow waters of Badnam Creek join the River Hamble. Originally built by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston, the marina offers berthing for 360 boats and enjoys deep water at all states of tide. Its excellent facilities include the Gaff Rigger bar and restaurant.

The marina also offers on-site electronic services, laundry facilities, yacht brokerage, sailing schools, yacht charters, a slipway and electric vehicle charging.

Boatyard Facilities

Mercury's boatyard lifting services have been relocated to Hamble Point Marina, which also offers a newly surfaced area on Firefly Road exclusively for Mercury customers for their winter / long term storage. To book a service, click here.

Fuel

Just up the river, Port Hamble Marina has high quality on-site refuelling facilities. Their easily-accessible fuel berth sells both petrol and diesel seven days a week. Port Hamble serve fuel by appointment - please call them on 023 8045 2741 to secure your refuelling session.

Pump Out Facilities

The nearest pump out station is located at Hythe Marina Village. The Green Blue has developed an online map to show which marinas, boatyards and harbours provide environmental facilities such as pump out, black water/Elsan disposal, recycling, freshwater refill points, hazardous waste disposal and filtered/bunded boat washdown. 24/7 Storage

There are also secure and convenient storage facilities onsite. So if you need to stow boating gear, or you have business or household goods to store, click here to find out more or call 023 8045 5994.

Out and About

The marina is just a 20-minute walk from Hamble village. It is a scenic, peaceful spot, which still provides easy access to Southampton Water and the Solent. There are plenty of other tranquil anchorages to visit, such as Newtown Creek on the Isle of Wight or the pretty Beaulieu River.

Further afield is Poole Harbour and to the east lie Portsmouth and the sheltered waters of Chichester Harbour. There's always activity on the River Hamble, with fleets of racers out every weekend during the summer. Throughout autumn, many sailors participate in the Hamble Winter Series.

Mercury Yacht Harbour also provides an ideal base from which to visit some of our other marinas in the Southampton area. Nearby Ocean Village Marina offers a lively scene with a cinema, restaurants and bars.

Holiday Park

Our Holiday Park offers the choice of self catering accommodation, available all year, or campsite and touring facilities open from March to October. The park is ideally situated for reaching the many attractions in Hamble and the surrounding areas.
