Overview

Established in 2016, the goal of White Dot Sailing is simple - to give adventurous yacht owners the support they need to fulfil their sailing dreams - whether that is cruising the Solent or a circumnavigation. We draw on the lessons we've learned from our own ocean sailing, from eight years on the World Cruising Club Safety Inspection team and having helped 100's of boats prepare for bluewater sailing adventures.

Whether it's your first offshore passage or your next big adventure, we’re here to make sure you feel prepared and confident, meaning you can focus on enjoying the journey ahead. Planning a big adventure comes with plenty of unknowns, but you don’t have to figure it all out yourself. You, your boat and your crew will be ready for your trip, on time, within budget – with the peace of mind of knowing nothing has been overlooked.

Founder and Owner Will Spencer has been coaching and project managing boats for 15 years. He is a qualified Yachtmaster Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, Keelboat Instructor & holds a Yachtmaster Ocean Certificate all awarded through the MCA & Royal Yachting Association. Will also works alongside the World Cruising Club advising on safety and general preparation for Bluewater sailing before and during their events, including the ARC Rally. He has sailed all over including the British Isles, Biscay, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean - but there are plenty more places on the bucket list.
