The Green Blue

Overview

The Green Blue is a non-profit, environmental outreach programme created by the Royal Yachting Association and British Marine in 2005. Here to inspire, inform and enable the recreational boating community to make more sustainable choices, alongside supporting innovation with the boating leisure sector.

We look forward to welcoming you onto our stand where you can chat to the team about sustainable boating and takeaway a selection of our resources including our Green Guides to Boating. We will also be joined by our partners in the 5-year LIFE Recreation ReMEDIES Project, sharing information and guidance to help boat users locate and protect seabed habitats such as Seagrass.

You can also join us on Saturday in the Innovation Hub for a panel discussion on recycling of end of life boats, equipment and gear with experts in the industry and delivering a talk on the ReMEDIES Project with speakers from Natural England and the Wildlife Trust.
