Our Projects benefit from the operational experience of MDL’s senior management team which includes the following people:

 

Rob Grant
Finance Director
Rob is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience in the marine leisure industry. He is responsible for ensuring the MDL Group is run efficiently and profitably and supports all divisions of the business through advice on corporate structuring, financial modelling and fund raising.

 

 
Michael Glanville
Managing Director
Michael has over 15 years’ experience working in the marina industry and has worked for three of the UK’s largest Marina Operators. His role now is to ensure that all our UK marinas operate to the highest standards. He creates operational plans and processes for various business disciplines, including financial forecasting and price setting. He’s also responsible for coaching his team of experienced managers to provide the best in leadership, operational best practice and customer experience.
 
 
Richard Broadribb
Property Director
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 27 years’ experience gained in the leisure sector working with Grand Metropolitan plc, Forte Hotels, Travelodge and latterly Ei Group plc, where he held the position of Commercial Property Director. His previous roles have included leading and developing significant acquisition, disposal and development programmes which encompassed leisure, retail and residential properties. He joined the MDL board as Property Director in 2017 and leads the Group’s Estates Division; responsible for extracting best value from its assets and defining the Group’s property strategy.
